A message received at 3:16 p.m., April 1, 2011, was read stating the                                                            
Senate passed CSHB 109(FIN) with the following amendment, and it                                                                
is transmitted for consideration:                                                                                               
                                                                                                                                
     SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 109(FIN)                                                                               
     "An Act making appropriations for the operating and capital                                                                
     expenses of the state's integrated comprehensive mental health                                                             
     program; and providing for an effective date."
